Let’s have a chat shall we?

 

Me: Do you have a big job where you experience high levels of stress and fear?

You: Yeah. So?

 

Me: I wonder if you’ve ever noticed that when you take action towards that fear – writing that email, speaking up in a meeting, putting your hand up for a project – you actually experience relief? That by taking action rather than only worrying about it, your feelings of fear actually reduce?

You: Now that you mention it…

 

Me: Have you also noticed that your underlying fear each day is often for your personal safety? You are cautious about your exercise route, how close someone is standing next to you in the supermarket, and of course you give your rideshare driver the once over before you get in the car?

You: Duh. Of course.

 

Me: It’s not fun, but all too often this constant vigilance is your everyday reality, consistently raising your cortisol – and that’s not great for your cycle hormones either.

You: Interesting. I’ve never made that link to stress and my cycle before.

 

Me: Have you considered that when you learn to manage that underlying fear for your personal safety, all your other fears may become so much easier to handle?

A combination of self-defence, shared experience and life coaching, this is an online workshop where you’ll learn how to activate your inner Wonder Woman, truly take care of yourself (in all interpretations of that phrase!) and do it ALL while having fun!

Guardian Defence

Welcome your inner Wonder Woman through Krav Maga, a reality-based self-defence system. You will re-discover your powers of intuition, plus learn some effective self-defence skills that are not reliant on your strength or size.

Action Plan

You’ll develop a personalised action plan for your own individual fear.

You’ll also discover when’s the best time to implement the plan according to your cycle superpowers!

You’ll meet your inner Wonder Woman and step out into the world with new confidence.

You’ll workshop the fear that you have brought with you – the fear that is holding you back in your life.

You’ll start to learn how to defend yourself from your greatest fear – that for your personal safety.

You’ll learn so many easy, powerful techniques.

You’ll smile as you feel your strength grow.

You’ll laugh – quite a lot actually!

Now that you know how to deal with your biggest fear – that for your personal safety – you can create an action plan around the fear you first arrived with.

You’ll reflect, you’ll share, you’ll become more confident.

You’ll choose how much you want to share – and then you’ll burn your fear away.

You’ll take a break and have something healthy to eat.

You’ll greet your inner Wonder Woman, and as you do, you may just notice your neighbour stepping into her own power – perhaps for the very first time.

And when you leave the workshop, you’ll know that you are worth fighting for. Always.

Michaela Rosandich

Life Coach

Michaela knows that women need role models and Wonder Woman is her favourite – strong, magical, a dreamer awake; she inspires women to step up and truly take care of themselves. Michaela is a Life Coach specialising in Fear Alchemy and Menstrual Superpowers for Corporate Wonder Women. She is passionate about feminine sovereignty, the natural cycles, taking care of herself, and alchemising fear. Michaela has a degree in International Communication, is a graduate of the Four Seasons Journey from the School of Shamanic Womancraft, and is a Beautiful You Life Coach. Michaela uses humour, respect and deep emotion to guide you towards your own magical transformation.

Krav Maga Self-Defence Trainer

Is this workshop for me?

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothes or exercise attire that is easy to move in, and that you don’t mind sitting or lying down in. Please also bring a water bottle and be sure to have eaten a good meal before you log in.

What is a reality-based self-defence system?

We like to keep things real, so at Hello Wonder Woman, we role play situations that may actually happen in real life and show you tactics to escape or protect yourself. We have a great deal of fun during these role plays (trust me, there is ALWAYS hysterical laughing). Laughter in this workshop is critical so you feel safe, learn fast and can take these skills with you out into the real world.

Are all womxn welcome?
Yes – absolutely! This is a safe space for all womxn including trans women, non binary folk and femmes. Guardian Defence is an inclusive and friendly training environment, where discrimination of any kind is not welcome. They proudly support diversity.
You talk about cycles. Can I attend if I'm on hormonal contraception and/or don't menstruate?

Yes of course! While I talk about fear and how cortisol affects the female reproductive system, I also talk about fear in a general way that affects all folks. Plus, I talk about all the cycles at play including circadian, lunar, and seasonal. Awareness of these cycles will support you to make decisions around those big steps toward your fears – including, when to ask your manager for a raise! Pro tip: it’s not likely to be at 5pm when both of you haven’t eaten all day and it’s a waning moon. Register to the workshop and I’ll reveal the best time to ask for what you want.

Are you going to make me talk about my menstrual cycle?

No, not at all. I do all the talking about the menstrual cycle. You can ask me questions when its your turn to speak, but you don’t need to share any information you don’t want to. It’s totally okay to start out with “My friend has this problem…” and I promise to never call your bluff!
